About Us

Aquidneck Food Pantry is an independent, all-volunteer organization founded in 2021.

Effective January 7, 2026, we moved to 137 Chase Road, Portsmouth, RI with our mission and operations to remain the same.

Our mission is to help needy individuals and families in our community by providing nourishing food in a welcoming environment and by educating local businesses, organizations, and the general public about the often-unseen problem of food insecurity in Portsmouth, Aquidneck Island and surrounding area.
